... into his home for a few days and he, his 19-21year old son and his Spanish wife are so so so so lovely!!! I have only been here for 2 days and they are already so much more of a family!! But it's only temporary. On Friday morning I will be changing to my new family, still in the same area. I will change school also. ... No snow unfortunately. A lot of my friends from the exchange who are all around France has gotten snow! A lot of it! My friend Bec was in a "blizzard" yesterday. Here is one of the photos she sent me! I am very jealous of everyone who has snow, I love it! Hopefully my turn is next. There was some predicted last night but I stayed up and didn't see anything. There was some also predicted for Monday, but that forecast is gone now :( fingers crossed it does snow a lot for me!!!! ...

... And then I had dinner 6 hours later!! Friday took forever to finish, as every last day of school does. Something about the schools that I find so different are: If a teacher is absent, there is no substitute, so we get a free period, or like on Tuesday, the teacher was away so we got to go home at 1pm rather than 5pm. At the front of the school the kids smoke. It's just so normal. They don't even hide it! I've even seen a few teachers doing so, and ...

... a book and a half and spent the days resting. I think I might have to find a gym once I am 100% better as I eat too much bread, Quiche and pastries here with little to no exercise. Hopefully I will be back at school on Monday. And then the end of the week is Christmas holidays for a few weeks. Sorry there isn't much to say. I hope everyone is well. Love Hannah ...

Today after class we had a wine and cheese workshop at the school. I learned how to properly taste wine, hold a glass, and approximate the age of red wines.
