      ... course was Le Puy lentils with local sausage..extremely simple local dishes abounding with flavours ..we all thought it to be amazing..dessert was thick gateaux crepe..lovely. We have been promised the left over cake for breakfast...       We boarded the bus at 9:00 am for the one hour beautiful drive to Domaine Saint Hilaire Winery. Our tour guide, Wendy, taught wine tasting and wine pairing in England and was amazing. She was so enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with us.
