    ... plane to Barcelona ,car to Collioure .Arrived about 6pm ,. We found a wonderful little restaurant called Cote Patio ,and had another grat meal lamb steak caramel cake and choc biscuit moouse with a very light chardy to wash it down.French prepared it was up there. Walked into Port Ventas today had our obligatory coffee bought a French baguette salami and cheese ...lunch and dinner in one hit,swam in the Mediterranean and relaxed by the pool .will wander into town tonight ...

    • I leave here in a couple of hours happy to spend another night in French waters, but keen to reach Spain.
    • Walked to Collioure last night as it was well reccommended, it was great, but have decided not to bring the boat, as the port is open to the east and south, the boats are on mooring buoys and were rocking and rolling all night, not nice.

    Always a sad moment the last day of a holiday. No matter how many times it's repeated or that you know it's coming a goodbye is something to put off and then get out the way quickly.     ... of a thunderstorm. So after a swim and lazing on the beach for a bit we headed off when we saw lightning and rain approaching from the next bay, Canadella.
