We had a very pleasant journey there and enjoyed the view over the Dordogne as we dropped down into the valley and crossed the river.
The MH Aire is near the campsite, just off the centre of town. it is large and flat and we joined 5 other MH;s and settled down for a very cold night.

The Chateau was completed in 1535 and was built by Jacques Ricard Gourdon de Genouillac who wanted to build the Chateau on the site of the manor where he was born. The 5 day stay of visiting this amazing, beautiful region with gorgeous villages on the edge of the river (yet so boring for the kids) had to be ended with some good old kid fun - ten pin bowling!

Oh yeh, and one other highlight was buying 2 pairs of boots, a hair straightener and vegemite.
The vegemite was in a Carrefour grocery store and for a 220g jar, it cost $7.50 aus.

The next day we woke up and at 11:00 and my mum and dad went to the markets.
Then mum offered for us to go to church and listen to french speech church for an hour, but they were just joking because they knew that I would say no, so they said ok then lets go BOWLING.
We all said YES out loud. So off we went and it was sooooo fun.
We had two games, 1 score was 99 and the second was 111. ...
