Caught a bus from Bouisset to Castre because I had hurt my foot so I met up with Peter and Sam in the afternoon. Wandered around Castre, sampling the patisseries. It was a cold, windy day a taste of the weather to come. I lit a candle at the church which surprisingly. was heated so quite inviting. ... at Oissel on the banks of La Seine, shopping in IKEA next day (Rouen) before heading down to Lamotte Beauvron. A very busy stopover, completely full but no noise and no trouble, nice canal walk as well so worth using in future.
