... out OK cause the conductor came up 5 mins before our stop and he said something and we all nodded and we took it to mean our stop was coming up, and it was. The interaction we have had with the french has been great, Very pleasant and happy to try and understand us. We have had a lot of "jambon& fromage baguettes) ham and cheese sandwiches, because that's about the reach of our menu french skills. Oh... yes also crepes, wow ...

Et me voilà à Nîme après avoir parcouru le belle Suisse en train! Je suis passé par Zurich et Genève et je dois avouer que je m'en veux énormément de ne pas avoir pu m'arrêter mais j'ai bien l'intention d'y retourner un jour. ... br> We took the mandatory photos, walked across the pont, changed into our bathers before Richard went for a swim (I chickened out, the water was too cold - i did venture in up to my knees). I did take the opportunity to take lots of photos though!
