... town and saw a giant pencil that is really a clocktower. We went to the beach and had lots and lots and lots of fun. We made sandcastles that we had to stand on and when the sea came around us they kept breaking. I stood on one and it broke and I nearly fell in the sea so I jumped off. Well it was goodbye Paris. We packed up in the morning and headed off on the metro to pick up our rental car. We had to change quite a few metro lines to get to the car depot, which made things interesting with all our luggage, however we were pleasantly surprised with how many locals on the metro offered to help the kids carry their bags up and down the different stairways.

Some of the gifts were from other people but they don't get the credit for them. ... fire pit and cooking a chilli on it, I'm gunna play some guitar around the fire with the usual wine and cards. Looking forward to it. I'm going to miss the three dogs here, bes, Keira and Wallace which is a silly name for a girl dog but they are all very cute!
