... it took a hell of a long time to eat my chips were stone cold by the end! On the other hand Si had a beautifull dinner, he did offer to swap bless him but I couldn't do that too him! Meeting the Shaw's
Uneventful short (well shortish) ride to Ron's place.
Ron is another BCF member who has invited me to stay and it was indeed a pleasure to meet him and his wife Christine. Their daughter Jo and partner Kerry were also visiting from England so we all had a great natter and Christine made a lovely dinner. It felt very homely again after 4 days in a tent.
