... why, well guess what, the tree is an olive tree that has been dated over 1,000 years old, OMG. Glad we got the shot. I have to be honest, personally I wasn't enthralled by this aqueduct and I think that maybe that was because yesterday we discovered a little treasure at Castries, we found the source of the aqueduct and saw the finish and today for me personally today I saw a bridge with no beginning and no end, I know the history and the importance and significance ...

... Came to car and set gps and also rang the lady for us, she has very limited English. We had directions from the guy in NZ who organises the rental of these properties but as had GPS went with that. Ummmmmm went round in circles at some points. Car is a station wagon left hand drive. Simon has to keep reminding himself to drive on the right. I find as he sits close to the centre line he veers to the far right and I have to keep saying move in as I feel ...

... that the last section was going to be tough. Tough is not an understatement - all the group made it - some easier than others as the gradient built to 12 or 13% with a final kick right at the summit of 16%. Baz saw me struggling on his way down from the top, turned around and followed me to the top which was great. Check out the attached photos even though they do not do justice to the view,
