... are. I am not surprised. We limp into Lourmarin. I think the car is running on fumes. We use other more reliable electronic devices to find that the nearest petrol station is about 10 km away. We decide we will go there on the way back to Marseille tomorrow. We are not sure what we will do if we run out of petrol before we get there. Maybe a long walk will be good for us. I can feel another sleepless night coming on. Had a quiet start to the day, in fact it is very quiet here full stop. At night it is deadly quiet, only traffic would be residents and there aren't many of those and probably because of the stone walls noise is minimised as well. Do hear an occasional plane in the distance. You could get used to life in a wee place like this. We were feeling a bit weary from travelling yesterday and stress of driving so were going to have a quiet day....but then hard to actually ...

    Chez Aline, Impasse de l'Horloge

... Came to car and set gps and also rang the lady for us, she has very limited English. We had directions from the guy in NZ who organises the rental of these properties but as had GPS went with that. Ummmmmm went round in circles at some points. Car is a station wagon left hand drive. Simon has to keep reminding himself to drive on the right. I find as he sits close to the centre line he veers to the far right and I have to keep saying move in as I feel ...
