Monaco: The best of it all in one little country

We return to the ancestral manse

Neanderthal man alive and well in France
... On the edge of the village is Le Musee de Prehistoire des gorges du Verdon where they show the 500,000 year history of man in the area. The museum is full of pictures and models of neanderthal man struggling with the environment.
I stay outside with Madame as Monsieur enters the museum. Madame whispers "with any luck Bruno, the curator will take one look at his forehead and keep him in as a living exhibit!!!"

A real rollercoster...
... mechanic was cleaning his motorbike and didn't speak English but a smile and my best "problemo, suspensiono, please lookio" and sign language and bless him he had a wiggle of the steering and started to look concerned. Out came the jack - more wiggling, more clonking. "Si, problemo" was the answer. Pointing at the right front suspension upright (wot holds the wheel on) - "needs replacing". Bugger.
