... and it took us the two hours as expected which also included the taxi ride.
Once we got back we had some dinner. We went to one of the best places to get chips called Fritzland. They fry them twice. Very yum. We ended up deciding on some chips that are directly on a a baguette with stake, vegetables and tartare sauce. it was delicious.
Did i say best chips ever. They were.

Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. On Sunday, we embarked on our journey from Kaiserslautern, Germany to Brugge, Belgium. We had a scheduled FIVE trains to get us to our destination. After misinterpreting our first itinerary and missing the very first train, we were able to catch another train to get us back on track towards Brugge. ... in time to see the GP3 race, followed by the GP2 cars. Crazy that the GP2s were so much louder than the now strangely quiet turbo F1s.
The Porsche cup cars then had their race, resembling a demolition derby with cars off left right and centre in front of us. Maybe the most exciting race of the day!
After Andy had downed a Belgian waffle and a hamburger, and I'd eaten some hot chips and a filter coffee (!), the F1s were on. We had high hopes ...
... Button. So good to hear Advance Australia Fair to celebrate Dan's brilliant win. Two guys from Brugges took us from our seats in Eau Rogue to the main straight for the podium. Not an easy walk thanks to mud, hills and the crowd, but worth it! Met a couple from Westport Ireland. He was a Kimmy fan and she liked Button. Told us we have to visit Westport Ireland. Very nice ...
