Wow! That wasn't just 'beaucoup de vent' it was a full scale storm. Monty was rockin and rollin for a good few hours. At one time it felt like he was lifting and moving sideways - he wasn't but it felt fairly intense. The storm passed over and the wind dropped to gale force and the night passed.

... about bus service or trains into Rouen and found train would be easier but were not sure where train station was so Terry and I went for a walk to find it, it was about 1/2 a mile away and up a long steep road so we thought we would go by bus which stopped outside campsite.
We got back and finished searching the Internet and then Terry and me played another couple of games before going to bed. It was windy and rainy again so took a while to get to sleep.
