3 hrs to Thurrock,way ahead of time so coffee at services. Bad move. As we came out a truck had caught fire before the bridge and led to over an hour delay. ... emotions. While we are all looking forward to seeing more of the UK, we have had an absolutely fabulous time here. We have loved the country, the countryside and the sights (not to mention the weather) and we have been made to feel very welcome here; they are so well set up for motorhomers. We will definitely be back - and next time plan to stay a lot longer than three weeks. We feel like we have only just had a taste of this beautiful country.

The true adventure begins! Off to Guildford, pick up jake an off to Dover for the tunnel crossing! Party on!! The WWII war lookalike train to France carts is trough.. An too no border control or anything in France.. After driving in confusion were lost in a matter of 30min, manage to trek to a town called bolengse, get Mexican smash some wine an first night in the buss! Doesn't get dark till 11pm ...

... I chose a fruit stall that was self-serve so all I had to do was manage the money. A little sneaky but oh well. I did then visit another stall and successfully walked away with 2 or 3 kg's of bananas! Not quite the plan but oh well. We had all of our food and went home for lunch. So far our GPS has been great, but our trip home proved a little dangerous as we were led down a gravel road which quickly became a mud pit and we were in a slide, with ditches either side ...
