St Christina to Cortina 14-11-12
After a poor night sleep in St Christina I got up at 8am and looked out the window. It looked extremely cold outside and frost was lying all around. I wonder how my poor bike has coped with this weather, I thought.

... the kind waitress informed me that the sign saying "pass closed" is for another pass and not the main pass on the road to Bolzano and that I can go that route to the Dolomites.
My plan now was to follow route 42 out of Edolo as far as Bozzana and then head over the passes to Bolzano and then take it from there.

We packed up camp (Dad & Tan for the last time) and headed up to Forni di Sopra to spend the night with Sue & Dino. Unfortunately we could only stay for the night, but we said we'd be back for a longer visit in a few weeks if that worked for them.
