... decide to head off down this one old section. The road is totally closed and in extremely poor condition but makes for some fantastic photography.
I have a feeling this road down the pass is the oldest route of all three and must have taken some construction to build. Old block houses along the way are still to be seen. These were used in the old days before cars etc. were around for the travellers to spend the night etc.
