Tonight they have a special Venetian scampi dish. Cooked scampi (cold), on a bed of sweet cooked onions, with marinaded raisins. What an amazing taste experience. One plate each.... But first the plate of beef carpaccio, omg! Bottle of Pino Nero. Plus the cream cheese Dolce again. A fitting last ...

We showered, changed, and ventured out to a restaurant Grace recommended. The plate of meatballs, proscuitto, mozzarella, and melon we ordered never tasted better and we shared a Verace pizza. We walked to the Rialto Bridge and window ...

This morning was not as tough as it could have been. 730 start, the guys woke me up with only 15 minutes before we had to get on the water taxi. Bit of a rush.
