San Pedro de Atacama, Chile suenson_taylors... steaks to share and was very generous with his wine as well. We made our pasta with packaged tomato sauce and 4 cut up thin beef pattys, which the chef did not approve of, but helped us eat anyway.
As the other hostelers came back there was an abundance of laughter and smiles as we all hung out and chatted.
In the morning our most expensive bus yet takes us to our 8th country, Argentina here we come!

My final day in San Pedro was spent trying to determine which tour company to use to get across the desert and salt flats to Bolivia (none had any good recommendations!), and spending more time relaxing in a hammock!
Then it was an early night as the ´dodgy´tour to Bolivia started at 7am.

... on a drip within minutes and the doctor spoke pretty good english and explained everything really well. After a couple of hours we got all the test results back and they were happy to let us go on with our trip. We were back in San Pedro (by bus this time) and back in our hostel room within 7 hours which was great!
