    ... The club was really cool! The dance floor was a huge circle that moved! It was a good time and I saw Elizabeth, Daniel and Christian there after meeting them earlier today. Everyone danced all night, but then I left early because I was leaving for Paris the next morning and I needed to go to sleep.     ... and I felt we were in a scene of a horror film - we could not see the tall buildings stretching unto the skies, nor the people quickly walking in front of us. Suddenly we were all like shadows hiding in the dark.

    The older gentleman went inside a building clearly marked "personnel only" (or that's what we thought it said), and then we were on our own. I think we came in the back of the hospital, because all we were seeing were loading docks and nurses taking smoke breaks. ...

    ... finally falling into place. Laurence is currently working on the tutoring schedule which means I will be getting some money when I get back. Best day ever. So I went into town to pick up my train ticket for going home and went to the bank to try to close my bank account. Well, I was told that I have to write a letter telling them that I am leaving and give them my bank information so they can transfer my money to my bank account in the states. That's all fine ...

    ... we grabbed some sandwiches before heading back to Pythagore (our residence hall). Oh and we decided we will never blend in because we are way to large, well not as delicate, nor are we as stylish as the French, so we are embracing our American ways and pushing forward! I ended up hitting the hay around 9:30! While all the others set out to the club to enjoy the last Saturday before classes begin.

    ... hanging from the ceiling that say when the next metro is set to arrive. As soon as all four of us got to the ground floor, the time on the sign hit 0:00 and the metro quickly arrived. The doors opened and we hurriedly gave Jean two kisses and immediately boarded. It was the quickest and shortest goodbye. We miss him so much!
