Dinner the next night was fish bought fresh from the market. We experimented with cooking it... in a frying pan in the oven. It turned out great. Then we bought out the entire bakery for dessert! I might have gained 10 lbs!

In the old town there are ruins, yes more old stuff, but some of the ruins were only uncovered a couple of years ago when big seas were whipped up in a storm and some sand was washed away to reveal a BC kiln that still had pottery pieces inside it. Aytos has a population of 30,000 people, there must be more hotels somewhere, but I certainly cuoldnt ind them. Anyway, made the decision to head to Burgas on the Black Sea. A big tourist town where id defo find somewhere to sleep.
