I HOPE and PRAY that my best friend is able to join me in Italy next year and we can travel the world like we have said we will do for the past ten years! And to the boys who inspired me to get up and go, THANK YOU! I'm not quite doing it on your level yet but, I'll ...

Weather appears to be looking better for tomorrow and Sam has been planning a hike for us up to another glacier near Argentieres (another village up the valley a little further from Chamonix). Looks pretty spectacular from what we can gather. We might squeeze another short walk in if we can, but will wait and see. Then we are off to Provence the following day, which is also Sam’s birthday.
