... Folgen der Regenfälle. Die südlichen Regionen scheinen nicht so betroffen zu sein. Ich habe auch gelesen, dass gerade auch die vielen Einwanderer aus Europa (Deutschland, Italien) die z.B. in Blumenau und der Region um Joinville leben eine andere Art Landwirtschaft pflegen. Mehr Kleinbäuerliche Landwirtschaft und nicht die großen Plantagenwirtschaften mit Ihren ruinösen bodenauslaugenden Monokulturen.

It was time for Peter to do what he does- climb a high tower. The tower of the Dom has 520 steps and I thought I would leave him to it! He did it and got some great views from the top. There were also little kids everywhere near the Dom dressed up as wise men, with crowns and cloaks. We think it was a sort of festival to celebrate ...

Vielleicht kennt ja jemand aus der "Neon" diese winzigen Geschichten, bei denen irgendwelche witzigen Augenblicke beschrieben werden. So eine ist mir kurz vor Silvester mal in der U-Bahn begegnet. Folgende Durchsage, als die Bahn schon verdächtig langsam fuhr und man sich Übles gedacht hat:
