Friedrichshafen is a popular lakeside destination so the stellplatz was nearly full when we arrived. In the morning, we jumped on the bikes to explore the town. ... every sense a tourist town. You have to park outside downtown at the train station then walk 15 minutes into town where there is a tiny main street filled with shops. The shops sell everything from postcards, black forest ham, cuckoo clocks, bollenhuts and of course souvenirs.
