... they show the most wonderful swirls of erosion and then there are the entrances to 2 secret chambers constructed for WW2 but never used. Outside one of them is a beautiful carving of the Swiss eagle emblem – all this was done on the opposite side to the walkway, meaning that the constructors & carvers had to work suspended from platforms.

... a beanie and sunglasses on him too! he was so cute! I managed to catch up with James Turner and Brad on the way back to the campsite so said goodbye to my new friends from the other tour and went back to the rooms with them. ... Niesen is a mountain, located in the Bernese Oberland region of the Swiss Alps, overlooking Lake Thun and is often called the Swiss Pyramid (from Wikipedia). Mount Niesen is a pre-alp range.
