      ... a woman try to hand-feed a swan. Wondered if we were going to get treated to a bitten hand or a dunk, screaming or all. After a couple of attempts, she must have re-thought this whole scenario and walked back up to shore. Sometimes I wonder if people completely turn off their brains for common sense while on vacation....

      ... It stretches for 150 metres to the summit and sways gently in the breeze. Very scary but incredible all at the same time. At the end of the Cliff Walk was the station for our final activity which was a ride on the Ice Flyer – a chairlift whisking us across the glacier. It was totally freezing, apparently minus 12 degrees, while we were riding. Again, the scenery was unbelievable.

      Today we slept in a bit, had our free breakfast at the hotel (most hotels in Europe offer it) and took the city bus to Hergiswil to the glass factory.
