Nach fast 2 Stunden warten im Flieger stand fest, dass der Flieger nicht nach Zürich zurückkehrt. Wir wurden in Busse verfrachtet und nach Zürich gefahren. Die Fahrt dauerte wegen dem starken Wind und Schneeregen fast 5 Stunden. Nun ja, um 18:00 Uhr waren wir doch noch in Zürich-Kloten und durften nun zum Abschluss noch mit dem Zug nach Thun fahren. When I woke up this morning, the fog had not lifted. There were literally no views of any mountains. So instead of staring at fog for the entire day, I went to plan B. More places, trains and automobiles to get back to Interlaken West to take a boat cruise of Lake Thun. Check out the pictures, I wouldn’t be able to do it justice.

Bern: The Unknown City
... and I rode with a guy who grew up in Interlaken and had been flying since the age of 12. They were able to get us way up over the mountans using the wind currents, and we were able to see the whole mountain vista. It was well worth the money.

... of our fellow tour mates behavior in the camp sites though, as they can get very loud and rowdy! Nothing we can do about it though...
We really enjoyed having a relaxing day to ourselves, as the pace of the tour is pretty intense. You are always either touring or driving. We really enjoyed our time in Switzerland, as it was a very beautiful and scenic place, though a little chilly for this time of year!

We woke up at 6:30 for one of the longest bus rides of the tour since London to Amsterdam and ad a 7am breakfast of Eggs in a Basket. We left at 7:45 and stopped for lunch at 11 and a 45 minute break in France where I purchased a seafood jambalaya for 11.80 euro (plus a coke). We drove until 2:30 for another service stop and finally made it to the Paris campsite at 5:30 for the final stop of the tour. ...
