    gorge, there lives a solitary monk who supposedly looks after the spirituality
    of the area. A real fairy home.

    From here Corinne took me to another part of town where her late

    What summer? Since arriving in Zurich on a cool wet morning, the summer should have been renamed early spring. The temperature rarely climb over 22*, the showers are frequent and the sky mostly cloudy with occasional fog.
    The day after my arrival, I went to Lausanne by train to pick up my BMW from my nephew's garage. After installing the battery and removing the cob webs from the engine, the bike started first go! Music to my ears!

    ... so it was a real bludge. We were settled into our city central motel, run by the same lady (complete with little dog) who was running the show when Greg & Graham stayed there in 2012. The local authorities have achieved a great deal in the last two years. The city is cleaner and smarter looking, with a lot of the restoration and roadworks we saw in progress then now completed.
