... the road at the town of Lusen and so after a few kind words its back on my bike and back down the road we have just come.

Soon I turn off down the scenic road to Brixen. I travelled this road last year and really enjoyed it. It follows a river much of the way but is extremely rough and is not well kept at all.

The satnav tells me the journey should take about 13 minutes!! Well, those 13 minutes turned into more like 45 minutes. This little journey was ...

Was not too interested in the TV show which had naked men and women dancing with a block of concrete. Went down to the Restaurant for dinner, it was a four course meal, the other couples walked out when finished, I was confused. Back to Austria?

A travel blog entry by rolandandlinda on Sep 18, 2014

another try as we are hearing that the weather has improved. However, with low
cloud this morning, there is little point in going over the high Dolomite

pass to Bolzano. As expected, the low cloud made for little viewing of the
      mountain peaks.

Went north to Bressanone but stayed on a ...

      are there to be explored.

We walked back down the mountain to Passo Falzarego,
catching the bus back into town (too far to walk and glad we didn’t even try).
Shopped for groceries (EuroSpin, Pian da Lago) before returning to Fiames. All
in all, a fabulous day, with excellent weather.

They watch very closely what you eat here !

A travel blog entry by daleville on Sep 06, 2014

... awayfrom the buffet table the elderly owner approached me and informed me " this is not for picnic" ! My reply should have been 'Just watch me eat it now'. We could have taken offence at this but instead we both had a good laugh at this over the next few days as we passed this hotel quite a few times.

We left this hotel after two ...
