The zoo’s most spectacular exhibit was for the elephants. To say that I had any time to read the exhibits and see what they were about would be telling a complete lie…but the elephant exhibit was certainly one to behold. We all had breakfast together which was provided by the hostel, and was actually pretty good. I haven't had orange juice or juice in general since I left home, so it tasted so good! The breakfast room has a big patio that faced every direction, so we had a view of the ...

... out night was had with a dinner at a local pub and listening to music.

Next morning we were back on the trains, headed for Bern and finally back to Zurich (although the train was heading all the way to Berlin – mighty tempting!). Bern is a traditional Swiss city, with a nice ...
