    ... loosing count). My first night in Vienna was 'worlds apart' from my second, and here's why. The younger crew managed to get me out for a drink, and so we hopped between a bar or two and I got a flavour for the night life, as well as their local vino. There is a very progressive music scene in Vienna, and a party on the go in every direction. The following evening I would engage in a favorite Viennese past time....but more on that in a bit.     ... to Austria's fairly recent diminish of power following World War I, which was the end of their Austro-Hungarian Empire. With a lust for power and Hitler's influence, their involvement in World War II was sealed.

    We ended the night with a traditional Austrian dish, the schnitzel. It had been quite a while since we'd eaten a proper schnitzel, it didn't quite stack up to our schnitzel's though.

    ... so far. Then in the evening we went to a late night theme park! Went on lots of rides including the log flume, crazy mouse, ghost train, and a really good spinning water ride which was the best one. There was a nightclub in the middle of the theme park, holds 4000 people, went there and it was very posh but very expensive so didn't stay ...

    ... we headed out to the Cemetery. I had exact plot locations for my Great Great Grandparents and for a Great Great Great Uncle.....that's a lot of Greatness in one place. The Zentralfriedhof is an amazing place in itself.
