      ... ready for our big night out to the symphony. We had a lovely dinner at the opera house before the concert. It was a nice change to have vegetables after all the pasta we have been eating. The concert was fabulous and it played all Mozart and Strauss more popular pieces. We also had classical dancers and opera singers entertain us, we certainly got our bit of culture and class on this night out.

      Another gray, rainy morning when we left the ship for our first tour of the day. We are docked about a 15 minute drive from the Vienna city center, so hopped on the tour bus to see the sites. We drove around the various high points for about an hour with our guide Martin, who was very knowledgable about the history of the area....especially the musicians who made this their home from time to time...Mozart, Strauss, Beethoven and ...
