        ... room where in fact only the chandelier was made of porcelain, the panels were carved wood and then painted to look like porcelain all in beautiful white and blue tones.During our visit we walked through 20 rooms but as with a lot of palaces photography was not allowed so I guess you will have to visit Vienna sometime to share in this fascinating palace and all its history.We really needed a lot more time to appreciate all that ...

        ... the city square. Mum, Dan and I climbed up St Stephen's Cathedral in the morning, and we took a tourist bus around the city for the rest of the day.

        Sunday is a rest day and not a whole lot is open. It’s amazing how these great bit capitals can shut down on Sundays and over religious holidays. I like it. While Dan read his book, Mum, Dad and I spent the roaming on the bus tour seeing different sites of Vienna.

        ... Commissary sells teeny tiny cans of baking soda, from England, not sufficient for one who also uses it for cleaning purposes. So I brought a good-sized box back with me last month from the States. My vanilla extract, purchased in Granada, came over on the plane with me las

        ... except one bay. They said that while they are all born bay, most turn white by the time they are 5 or 6. They consider it good luck for there to always be at least one bay in stables,at any given time. They don't begin training until 4 - 5 years old. They where very controlled and the horsemanship is obviously extremely skilled and professional. Our view wasn't the best, but it was ok. We heard and saw the choir well and they were beautiful. ...
