    ... to purchase tickets to get into the Gorge, but it was well worth it! The entire trail is either very well-maintained boardwalks or maintained trails, taking you deep into the gorge for picturesque, clear, pristine river/stream and its equally as stunning sheer walls and cliffs!

    The hike takes about 1.5 hours round trip and the pictures speak for themselves! It was a fantastic side trip as we made our way to Lake Bled!

    ... we found the cafe and Karen got her burger, which she enjoyed. I did not have one - I couldn't bring myself to eat horsemeat.
    After that we had to but supplies for the next day's 10hour train journey to Budapest, and then meet the rest of the group for a group dinner, at a nice restaurant which Louise has eaten at before.

    ... beach is the sea but the lake scenery, for me, is more rewarding. We were lying near two Irish couples and suddenly a random man, who was snorkelling, popped up from the lake and asked them if they would like a souvenir. We watched as the man brought a large wine bottle out of the lake and poured out loads of bullets! Obviously the bullets didn't work anymore but it was rather random. We had a closer inspection of them and then he snorkelled off obviously ...
