We are just about to go for a walk through the forest, to work up an appetite for a late dinner at an adjoining hotel about fifty metres ...

... we headed back to the apartment and found a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The meal with drinks for three of us was around $55AUD!

It has been wonderful for Vik to reconnect with family, and to hear tales of his father as a young man. He has certainly remembered all his Polish language, and he fits in so well that it is often necessary for me to do a double take to find the Port Adelaide fanatic Australian!
