A Day at the Beach...in Estonia

Beach as far as the eye can see
... the city center, which basically consists of 4-6 blocks along a small, pedestrian-only street. Food and drinks were cheap, but nothing fancy. While drinking some beer on a restaurant terrance, we finally found out that a) if you're willing to pay, you can get anything you want and b) politicians are nothing but tools. But Chrigi might still not agree with those two opinions...

Pärnu
... had to visit the beach again to use the kiiking equipment and wander the small town at "night".
Other than lots of parks, walkways, and a small village, Pärnu is about the beach. I will relax here for a couple of days by myself before heading into the next country Latvia and straight to the capital city - Riga. Time for a new currency and different experience!

A Lazy Day At The Beach
... get wet you would have to walk out about 200m just to be waist deep in the water. By mid afternoon I decided that I had seen enough sun for the day and made my way back to the hostel where I spent the evening doing more South America planning. When I eventually got to bed around 23:00 I was surprised to see someone else's bag in my room but there was no owner present. I went to sleep hoping whoever the bag belonged to would be quiet when they eventually got home.
