    We had sort of a free day today. We started with Winfried and the bird watching group but left them at their first stop. A group of seven of us headed to the lighthouse at the end of the island.     We started our day in Alkmaar. Everyone pitches in to unload the bikes from the boat. Today Jean stayed on the boat because she wasn't feeling well. The long group rode through some very nice neighborhoods in Bergen after which we arrived at the cheese farm where we met the short group.
