Large day on Sunday as we traveled from Matera stopped at a buffalo mozzarella farm, then at Paestum and on to Positano. We traveled a few hours before stopping for lunch at an organic buffalo mozzarella farm. We first got a tour of where the water buffalo (not American bison) roam. ... following a gorge, between 2 mountains on a road that is mostly single lane, of hair pin turns, where the bus driver is continually honking his horn to warn oncoming traffic. The roads here are very narrow, as they wind around the coast.
