It gives a real feeling that you're very far "out in the country" which I suppose I am in a way, but its also very pretty! Lots of green, and it reminded me of how beautiful of a country Japan is.

... my Tora cosplay and met up with Monica, to whom I was selling my extra ticket. Monica is a Taiwanese-Canadian working in Tokyo. We ran into the French girls from earlier who introduced themselves as Amelie and Rola (sp?). It was nice to be able to pass the time talking to fellow gaijin, especially ones who are very open and friendly.

Yesterday was my last lesson with my favorite class. They sang a song for me at the end of the lesson. I was trying hard not to cry in front of all the parents, who were visiting. I'm gonna be such an emotional wreck in the next couple of weeks.

... I am told so we sadly just moved on to a Chinese restaurant. It was really good Chinese food, I had a Cashew Chicken and the owners spoke better english then most Japanese since they were really Chinese.

Just as we were finishing an older man came in and sat at the table next to us, he started talking to Anna about Michael Jackson and then made a comment about my outfit. I was wearing a sundress that god forbid ...

We aslo got to taste Sendai's famous cow tongue. It was kinda of a suprize I didnt know what I ate till after but It was alright excpt the texture wich was horrible.

Anway were defently going to go back in the fall or winter for some cool photography.

The Tome ALTs and co. went to Akiu (in Sendai) for Anna's birthday party. First, we stopped at an outlet mall for lunch. It wasn't downtown so it didn't feel like Sendai. Still no success with finding my cosplay items, but I bought this pretty green skirt in an "ethnic shop" that was a half off.
