... and a trinket shop. Down the narrow side alleys are dozens of tiny bars and restaurants, each with only 2 or 3 tables or 5 bar stools. Then there'll be a little shrine tucked away in the back, the incense mingling with the smell of Japanese beer.
At dinner the second night our new friends, who ordered everything so we don't know what we ate, suggested a couple of days in Matsushima, one of the most beautiful spots in Japan. ...

After two weeks of rehearsals and dress runs, we finally get to perform in front of an audience! But before the audience come, we have to do one more free run, with all show lights, effect, costumes, quick changes and everything in to get the people new to this show and the people new to any show used to what is going to happen once the lights are tuned off and all effects are put into place.
