Just cosy, beautiful and breathtaking. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted wtih carrying our bags to the top! Rooms were neat and comfortable.
The bonus to our stay here was just the top notch view of the caldera. So beautiful!!!

Checked into our cosy 'igloo' room which overlooked the caldera.

Had a spa bath and then walked through the town..Went to Parea's for what was meant to be traditional Greek but we got vege sides whcih looked like frozen McCains. However our dessert at the local dessert place pleased us much more - Greek doughnuts! Enough said.

... cliffs facing the opposite side of the island I had previously been. Finally, I was seeing the postcard version of Santorini, and it was NOT a disappointment. I took my time walking the edge of town pretty far down to where I could see Oia already. I considered heading there for the sunset, but I decided against it because of my early morning flight (where I could catch the sunrise). The experience was one I probably wouldn’t venture on again anytime soon, but was worth it. We dodged other donkeys and people making their way up, as well as the donkeys returning to the bottom of ...

We made our way down to the beach, ordered dinner and Dana promptly fled back to the apartment feeling terrible. Lily soon followed. Dana had a fever of 103.2 so we broke open our medicine cabinet and started her on anti-biotics. Lily was spared ...

... the side effects are that I can’t fold those arms back down.

Now pretty proud of myself, I go to get the super glue to take a photo of it with my repaired glasses for this blog, only to squeeze the tube and not realise that it has spurted out of the lid all over my hands, sarong and ground. I swear and carry on, all the while Andrew is telling my how thick I am. I go to get up and walk away, only to discover I have glued my thongs to the ...
