Today is Bastille day although from the reaction of the hotel staff you wouldn't know it. Doesn't seem to be a big deal in this part of Brittany. carrots in an onion sauce. Followed by bread and cheese and strawberry cheesecake
thingy!!! Obviously each course accompanied by a different bottle of wine.
We returned to the hotel and that was it.

The day started with breakfast at the Hotel Jeanne D'Arc.....which was unusual - breakfasts vary greatly from hotel to hotel - today was two croissants, a cob (bread roll), orange juice and coffee! that was it! Truly disappointing.
