The Bishop (Metropolitan) dressed in gold capped by a diamond miter sparkled like stars while he sat on the throne to the left reminding the crowd that St. Gregory Palamas had right of honor, as his predecessor, to sit at the throne on the right side.     ... that we shall have a wonderful time since everything looked cozy and beautiful. People kept coming in and very soon there was not a single table without people smoking.

    I had a look around and noticed that the people sitting were enjoying their chat and smoking at the same time than what they were eating.
