... up with wine and nuts at Lidl (as recommended by the Harts)
Everything in the store WAS cheaper by a significant margin e.g. reasonable wine under £1 (remember Aldi & Lidl have won a best Value For Wine award in the UK with M & S being worst!), salted nuts, 200g about 60p.

... dinner at the Herrmann home. Rudy is training for a marathon, so he had just finished a twelve mile training run with his son, Mattias before supper. All nine of us had a wonderful time visiting and eating. Conny made sure everyone was full and happy by the end of the evening. We planned to leave the next morning, so we stayed up late taking advantage of our last opportunity to ...

... Altarpiece. Another beautiful painting was the Virgin in a Rose Garden by Schongauer. The colors of both artworks were gorgeous. Of all the places we visited, I would enjoy living in Colmar.

That evening we enjoyed a farewell dinner on the Mani. We had a wonderful trip and hope to sail with Viking again. We arrived in Basel, Switzerland after dinner. Our flight left the next morning at 7:00 a.m. It was a short night and a long flight!
