... the suffering, enough reasons, why to do seemingly so crazy things!
My running friends on the Gold Coast can probably sing a song about this, as I read ,they were doing the 500 km Endeavour run at temperature of up to 47 degree, and, I am sure, sill be happy at the end!

Just Japan now, off the beaten track, the best way to see it, with a guided and a small group of 11. Starting with Kyoto, an ancient capital off to beautiful towns offering lovely warm baths, even a fish spa! And the water just flows constantly through.

Sunday 5th of October. They won't let me change the date to the 5th.











We explored South East Kyushu by two old diesel engine trains, one steam engine train and the Kyushu shinkansen. We left Kagoshima-Chuo on the Hayatonokaze #2 for Yoshimatsu.
