... There are ferries to Thassos from Kavala but they return much later, negating the chance for any town time. Thassos is the 12th largest Greek island, 14,000 souls calling it home. Forgot my suntain lotion. I saw the BS putting some on; for her to do a proper job would surely take the better side of a barrel of the product. I nevertheless would confess she's the most interesting person to talk to of this rather sorry lot.

... The Greeks were enjoying the beach, Our shepherdess had mentioned this was a big week for holidays for many Greeks.

The cappuccino tour by most continued. We stopped at Stavros. The 15-20M became over a half hour. We had just finished our lunch less than an hour and a half ago. The hot weather wasn't the only thing making me hot.

Still 96k to go. It was pretty much 'around the bay' though crops occasionally popped up on the ...

Plotted up for the evening in a little town called Porto Lagos, it sounds very quaint but could be mistaken for Lagos *****ia, that is a place to avoid....
Booked a hotel online, it looked and sounded very nice, it probably was when the took the photos in 1960.....

Wandered into town for some scoff, ended up getting very drunk with some locals.

... a most around the outside and a pile of cannon balls in a corner. When we climbed up the tower, which was narrow and made for very short people, the view at the top was amazing. We wandered around for a while and just relaxed which was nice as we had no time restraints or other things to rush off and see. So and I got our own hotel room so after getting ice cream we went up and blobbed out until dinner time. ...
