I arrived safely in Almaty after a grueling 30 or so hours of travel. Actually, the flights over were fairly comfortable--for both the long flights (San Fran-->Frankfurt-->Almaty) I had two whole seats to occupy, which was nice. ... made it to the breathtaking view after thinking we were going to perish in the sliding 1980 Audia A8 2wd version that couldn't handle the roads meant for son mobiles - a surprise to driver!!!
