    Got off the boat after breakfast to have one more look at the town of Naousa. We hadn't seen the old fort yet so walked out to it.

    When the boat was ready, we took off for Ios and with some wind behind us, it was a fairly quick trip.

    ... they are still finding the recovery very hard. However the Greek people we met were very friendly and very hospitable. In Greece more than anywhere it was a pleasure to tip a few extra Euro's for the genuine service we received. Eventually the bus arrived at Thira and we had a great late lunch in a taverna overlooking the bay looking towards the volcano which last erupted in the 1960's. Thira was very pretty as well but not quite as picturesque as Oia. ...

    ... went down and I walked away with a singlet with an owl on it. All the bars were quite small and this one only barely fit all of us inside of it. We left Coo for the next bar after 45 minutes this one was called Orange. This bar not only had very nice looking singlets but it also had a shot challenge of Maltesers.     That next morning our group hired a bunch of All-Terrain-Vehicles (ATVs or Quadbikes)

    ... taking the donkeys, but the cruise director on our ship didn't recommend it. She said they were not happy donkeys and weren't very considerate of the fact someone was riding them they tend to run you into walls and such. Alternatively, there is a switchback pathway of stairs you can walk up.
