    ... Austria with floods and snow causing transport chaos so we cannot complain. Today we tested out Mary's boots and walked the 4 km to Millstatt to access the wifi in a cafe where we had lovely goulash soup for lunch. Only problem was the smokers in the room but we had no choice. Today, Friday we caught the bus to Seeboden, the next village past Millstatt. We used the wifi at the Tourist bureau.     ... the lake taking photos, but were rather disappointed that there was so little sun around and the snow on the mountains was covered by clouds until just before sunset as we rode back up to our apartment at Zasip. There we warmed ourselves with blackcurrent and dragonfruit tea –YUM!

    Then we arrived and walked down the lake and I tell you it was glorious! Very blue and clear water and a gorgeous view of the Alps on one side- pity the pictures couldn't do it justice.
