... and hand wash everything in the sink. Not the most relaxing day, but clean clothes are nice! While the drive today was absolutely breathtaking, it was nerve-racking as well. Between that and the laundry ordeal, we enjoyed relaxing the rest of the day, trying to unwind. Tomorrow we will get out & explore a bit more. And hopefully the weekend tourists will have gone ...

Today we picked up a rental car and headed for the mountains! As with many rentals, we got something bigger than we reserved because that was what they had...it's not too big though, and so far it has treated us well. Grant is getting back into the hang of driving a stick shift and Bonnie is navigating us through the mountain roads. The scenery today was just beautiful. So much green! We saw tons of paragliders and a few hang gliders ...

... through and Marg lept aboard like a cowboy on a moving horse and off we went like nothing happened. The rest of the trip was reasonably uneventful and we arrived at the Triumph dealer ahead of schedule. Thankfully the dealer was quite exited at having an Aussie Tiger in his shop and agreed to service it the following day. ... and on our merry way. Our driver, drove quickly, except when he needed to brake suddenly to go over a speed bump, or wave to a friend in another vehicle. He did not say much, but we did arrive at the assembly point safely despite some scares.

... off a couple of Scottish lads called Callum and Ross which was definite good times. Later on we ended up having a massive card playing session of 'spoons', the 'president and the *******' and 'golf' with the lads which was so much fun and I actually did really well in all three games. Usually I suck at cards so I was pretty happy with myself. I don't know how the lads were still standing at the end of the night though as they'd drunk almost 2 bottles of wine ...
