We are staying in Tamsweg for one night so there won't be much to say about this place!!

The hotel was beautiful... my room had traditional Tyrolean furniture which was so pretty! AND the bathroom had the biggest shower ever! 3 shower ...

We are here in Villach and it hasn't stopped snowing since we arrived! There is about a foot of snow on the roooftops.

The hotel is lovely! Really nice spa and the rooms are a good size! Free wifi so I'm happy! Parking was a nightmare though!

Here we are in Klagenfurt - (Home Of Bruno)!! After a 2 hour journey from Hartberg, we arrived a the Liebetegger Hotel in Klagenfurt.  It is a very nice, simple hotel.  There was no lift so we had to drag our cases up 3 flights of stairs! The rooms are very cosy - not much room to swing a cat but it is very nice nonetheless. We stopped at 11:00 for a coffee break at Resiutta. As we left this town, the trail surprisingly ended. There was another cyclist riding by who we asked if the trail continued further down the road. He didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate enough for him to let us know that no further work had been done ...

... was safer and far more interesting. Plus, compared to what we had done yesterday, these hills were nothing, although we did have to walk a few times. We went up the mountain side to where there were centuries old houses along narrow and steep streets. Hans explained to me that bike route was part of the old Roman road in that area.

My brakes were loose and almost completely worn, so we stopped and tightened them. Tomorrow we would have to find a bike shop.
