Dali jsme si polevku s velkymi kusy masa a maso s cibuli. A pak sli na kute.

PS: V Gruzii jezdi policie skoro zasadne s novou verzi Skody Octavie.
Tbilisi, Georgia mandelbrot... and were served quite a feast. Also had fun talking with an English couple that were staying there. The only downside to Kazbegi and on the way up were a lot of abandoned buidings, and a huge amount of trash thrown around in Kazbegi; we actually saw 2 old cars sitting in a stream on our hike up the mountain, along with the usual plastic bottles, bags, etc. It's such a disconnect to be in such a beautiful place in nature, with gorgeous ...
Tbilisi, Georgia cathleenallen... into Tbilisi, the blasted Turkish music from the surround system, danced, and honked and yelled at seemingly all the local woman. It was a great way to enter a new country and say goodbye to another. After being confronted by local taxi drivers who were not to happy with our refusals to ride with them, we eventually caved and found our way to a local home-stay. We arrived later at ...
Tbilisi, Georgia broncos... ask all the time or have the newest Lonely Planet;). The good thing is they are much faster than buses and stop only where the people want to (this also means that one has to know, just from the window view, where to get off) or where somebody in the street flags them. "Funnily" enough, inter-city marschutkas don't stop if they are full - and they usually leave when full;). During the ride I eagerly check the map in LP and I manage to get off at the train station. Tbilisi is a city in a ...
Tbilisi, Georgia mys... That was last night's affort and I have realised that my style of writing is not really suited to bullet points - I'm more a War and Peace sort of person. 6/. Left Azerbaijan and headed into Georgia and I really like it here. Lots of orthodox churches and lots of wine. 7/. New guide named Zaza, a really nice man but very very softly spoken and the worst case of halitosis I have ever met. This is not the best scenario for a peron with hearing difficulties ...
Tbilisi, Georgia queenietord... evening meal a miss, as still full from lunch. To bed, not hungry, but not far off it. Tuesday 10 June - Tbilisi Free day. Had read a week-old local paper, which said there was to be a major demonstration today, when the new Parliament is to sit, as people not happy with the election results. There had been a number of demonstrations since November, including three recently. There have also been a lot of police in the streets ...
Tbilisi, Georgia diannemurray... wine and dinner, to finish the Laris I had left in my wallet. After we passed the border pass, and our passports has been stamped, we could say "Nakhvamdis, Sakartvelo". Goodbye, Georgia. I have an indecent habit to summarize every mission I complete, at least for myself. This trip was surely not a mission, but I felt the weird necessity to ask Michal if she enjoyed her first self trip abroad - with me. I knew she did. But her positive answer made that day, like the whole trip, unforgettable.

Telavi, Kahheetia, Georgia anneristo... monastery. truly beautiful scenery. mountains all around and the sight of kazbeg mountain which is about 5100 meters high. the highest in georgia and the 3rd highest in the cacauses mountains. then back down to the village to return the boots that gunri, a kind local, lent us in leiu of our own seriously inedequte footwear, and race to the bus stop to get the last marshrutka back to tbilisi. gunri's friend (i've chosen not to remember his name, so i ...
Tbilisi, Georgia dougfranks... African airlines. Are not we Africans amazing and the Italians even more so - I love this country! I left the apartment I was renting with CNN predicting a break in the ceasefire - Middle-East hello, (journalists sounding most disappointed that they cannot wear the flak jackets and report live from the heart of the conflict). CNN was telling me to check in at least 3 hours early, but call ...
