      ... in Salzburg had an open roof in certain areas, so at times the snow was actually falling inside the building! We hailed a cab (note: some cabs don't like 4 people with 4 bags) and drove to our hotel, all the while being amazed at what was going on.

      ... at the top called the Capuchin Monastery.

      After that we decided to take the hike up a hill which leads to Franziskischlossl, which I thought was a castle but it turns out its more like a big house, which is now an expensive restaurant. It was a nice walk, about 2km uphill though so I wished I had a sled to go back down on! From the top there was an awesome view over Salzburg and then we headed back down.
