... sellers were doing a roaring trade. You could also buy a cloak to cover yourself from the ticket seller. One lady in particular was hilarious. She had on a dress, just a drawstring wasted thing, with full sleeves, and came to about mid-thigh. I didn't think she looked too bad, but the door police were having none of it... and she kept pulling the dress down to try and reach the two finger limit. So after a bit of an Internet search and a perusal of all the shopping brochures in the hotel lobby we grabbed a cab and headed to what we thought was an outlet mall - not so much! More an outlet shop which had some interesting bits but nothing seemed any cheaper than anywhere else Stephen did manage to purchase a fancy tie, but don't be fretting I will get to make up for my ...

    French rail strike

A travel blog entry by lisastellwagen on Jun 13, 2014

Off to cinque terre tomorrow after a morning in Milan. It was 90 degrees here today, kind of a shock after cold London and cool paris. Going to rain for 4-5 days... Oh well, catching up on our reading!! Love you all. Sorry about no pictures. Tomorrow!! ...
