... of happy birthday! Afterwards, we went to see 'Neil Diamond' in the piano bar but it was standing room only so returned to our cabin to finish the Vueve. Later, I went down to the auditorium to watch a Polish concert pianist which was most enjoyable. (And made me regret giving up the piano in Year 9!) Best wishes to Christopher for his birthday today!!!!! And also to Theresa!!! Amazing how many wonderful people were born this day! PS no photos today so just some food ...

... it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen. I feel that this is an ideology many are choosing to bypass these days. As we exited, the sun was setting, a rainbow was in the making, and the smiles were overabundant. After the cathedral, we were free to roam through the small town and explore the many shops and views. We hung out at the hotel until dinner, which was provided by the hotel. Four courses are ...

We got up early, had breakfast at the hotel and caught the Metro to Termini. The underground in Rome is busier than any other underground we have been on, but this morning there weren't as many people. Weird…

Once at Termini we had to get our rail passes authorised. This took AGES! There were a few people here who were trying to con commuters into getting money out of them. Eventually it was sorted and we got on ...
