We went to see the Church of St George, the boys school, this was one of the few buildings to survive the earthquake on 23rd April 1933, the building of the boys school was destroyed.     ... all day and I have again congratulated us on planning this break at this point in the trip. In the late afternoon, as the wind picked up and the sun started to go down, we headed into Bodrum again - this time with a bit of energy to shop.
